Want to join a small, mom-and-pop-style mental health practice? My name is Mike, and I’m the owner of The Pragmatic Therapist(s). I would love to talk to you about working at my practice.

I am looking for counselors, therapists, social workers, or psychologists trained in either EMDR or IFS (residents are encouraged to apply). The practice specializes in working with adults who have a history of childhood trauma. It is a cash-based practice, and the hourly rate is $200. You will receive 60% of that, bringing your rate to $120 per session. The practice brings in client referrals and provides you with an office and all the necessary supplies. I typically recommend therapists see no more than 20 clients per week, but you have the flexibility to choose how many clients you would like to see, with a minimum of around 10 per week. I believe you’ll really enjoy working here, and as part of the hiring process, I encourage you to speak with the other therapists to get a feel for our awesome work environment.
